My first book review will be Rogue Warrior: Green Team by Richard Marcinko.
The third in the Rogue Warrior series, it drops the reader in the middle of a mission in Egypt. We are soon whisked away to England where much of the action takes place, both military and covert. Along the way, the reader sees what might be considered a typical breaking and entering mission.
There's a lot of action as we continue, through Pakistan before returning to England for a fast-paced, hold on to your hat finish.
It's typical Rogue Warrior writing with plenty of F-bombs and other language. If you are easily offended by this sort of thing, I wouldn't recommend his books. However, based on his experience, he's got a good story to tell. Many of his fiction books are based on real life.
A newcomer should start out with his autobiography, Rogue Warrior, so that you can get an idea of his past.
All in all, a good read. One of Marcinko's better books, I would have to say.
